Stephanie today is SO different than Stephanie 10 years ago.

Like night and day different.

Before I was a successful doctor, author, and coach, I was someone who struggled with my weight, self-confidence, relationships, and the pressures of immense student loan debt.
As a teenager, I was bullied for being overweight and more interested in my studies — my work ethic made me very “uncool.”
Being treated that way hurt, and for a long time, I carried that hurt inside. I let it convince me that I wasn’t worthy of a lot of things: like a loving partner, a fulfilling career, professional accolades, a fit, healthy body.
But I was wrong.

I had to constantly prove my worth!

Applying and getting rejected by 29 medical schools almost broke me. My advisor kept telling me that I would never get in, but I refused to believe his limiting thoughts and chose to believe fully in me!

Well, despite what everyone said, I got in!

I graduated. I did not fail. I proved them all wrong.

The day I found out that I got into residency at Harvard Brigham and Women’s Hospital was one of the proudest of my life.
But when I got there, that joy quickly gave way to feeling like a fraud. That was when I realized just how much my mindset needed to shift. There I was, the girl who was constantly told “you’re not smart enough to make it,” doing her residency at one of the most prestigious institutions in the world.
And you know what happened? I felt terrified every day like I didn’t belong. It was like high school all over again.
And then, something happened. A senior resident said:

“It’s clear as day that you do not believe that you should be here, and you need to let that go. You deserve to be here! You worked hard to be here. If you are too consumed with comparing yourself to someone else, you’ll never be able to learn what YOU need to learn.”

I knew she was right, so that day I decided to make a big change.

I knew that making ME the priority was the only way to make it through my Harvard residency without sabotaging all of the hard work it took to get there in the first place.
I had to get my mind and body right to reach my full potential. So that’s what I set out to do!
While working 70-hour weeks, I started a home fitness routine that was quick and sustainable. Knowing that emotional eating had always been my biggest struggle, I made the decision to adopt a nutrition system that continues to work well for me today.
I even began hosting my own online boot camps because I craved the support of others who were on a similar journey.
As a result, I lost all the extra weight.
The boot camps I ran turned into a flexible online business that also created an amazing, supportive community.
I was happier, healthier and I turned my life around.

So what’s the point? So can you!

As a physician, I have been constantly inspired by the young women I see both inside the emergency room and out. But I also see so many women who are suffering from low self-worth, no self-confidence, obesity, pain, fatigue, depression and it hurts me.
I know that working towards turning your life in a new direction can take a lot of energy, but I also know that once you get started: there is no stopping you.
Today, I’m loving life, enjoying a healthy relationship with my fiancé Luc, writing books, running online boot camps, coaching women 1:1, speaking, and traveling the world — I’m doing things I NEVER thought I’d be able to do. And the crazy thing? It’s still just the beginning!

And all of my results?

  • A confident woman who finally understands her self-worth
  • A fit body that I genuinely love
  • A woman who embraces her sexy
  • Multiple income streams that help me achieve my financial goals
My dear, that’s also ALL possible for you too. And I’m here to help you get there!

So my question is this: Are you ready to get started?

Are you ready to feel confident, look fabulous, create a new revenue stream, and take charge of your life?
