I have to assume you’re not the average kinda girl. You’re a goal crusher. You aren’t afraid to dream big, and you’ve tasted a fair amount of accomplishment. But something is missing…
Is it confidence? Maybe it’s the right kind of support. Or… you’re afraid to step into the greatness that will elevate you to the next level!
Since you’re here, reading this, I have to assume you’re ready for a major mindset shift. After all, we aren’t very different from each other. When you want something, you make all the right moves to get it. The problem is, sometimes some of your choices get in your way.
Don’t worry! That’s normal… totally normal. But where most people struggle to figure out what to do next, I’m here to give you the pieces that will complete your puzzle.

In the end, your success means everything to me!

Helping women unlock the potential of their lives has been my daily passion for many years. Wanna know the very first thing I usually end up helping with?
Your friends.
No, I don’t mean the people you’ve known since grade school… I’m talking about the people you actively choose to be influenced by… THOSE FRIENDS.
These are the people you associate with more than anyone else, and they have major influence and impact on your personal success! You may think I’m crazy, but you can generally tell where most people are going to end up in life simply based on who they hang around.

Relationships are like elevators…

They’re either raising you up… or bringing you down. To know which direction your friends are taking you, ask yourself these basic questions…

Do your friends have high aspirations?
Do they have positive attitudes?
Have they enjoyed big accomplishments?
Do they motivate you?

The responses to these questions will vary from person to person, and you won’t have ideal answers to each question. But if someone you associate with scores more unfavorably, it may be time to lessen their influence on you and seek a replacement.
I want to be clear; I don’t expect you to totally cut off a good friend simply because they aren’t the best influence on your success. The idea is to just allow them to have less of your time and space so you can explore other connections. This is all about making the right relationship choices, and for your long-term success, you simply must choose the right friends! And here’s a quick rundown of how to do it:

How To Choose The Right Friends For A Life Of Success

  1. Get out of your comfort zone and associate with people above your level.
  2. Match your friends’ core beliefs and values to your own.
  3. Build a success team by choosing friends with common goals.
  4. Find people who balance out your personal weaknesses.
  5. Demand that they challenge you, motivate you, and encourage you.
  6. They must always be on a quest for more knowledge.
  7. Give your partnership purpose by choosing friends who can share in your goals and dreams.
  8. Build your corner with people who always celebrate your success.
  9. Get close with people who attack life and get shit done.
  10. Follow the golden rule. You have to be a great friend too!
If you can build relationships with people who satisfy the above criteria, you’ll be on the fast-track to major growth and success. Don’t be afraid to question the relationships you currently have. As you grow and change, so should the people you keep close. Remember… the name of the game is boost the quality of your relationships and long-term success in order to elevate your life!
Sounds awesome, right? Here’s to you and your continued growth!
